A recent push in Ukraine by the Christian church is to outlaw abortion entirely, a move that isn’t being welcomed too warmly by the Ukrainian women. Not surprisingly, those pushing to outlaw abortion are in fact men.

The women of FEMEN didn’t take this potential threat lightly. They quickly rallied 5 beautiful protesters, quietly broke into one of Kiev’s most prominent church towers, and dropped a huge tapestry with the word “STOP”. Just in case people didn’t see the giant 7 meter long tapestry, the girls decided that ringing the bells would bring a bit more attention. Not surprisingly, it did. Less surprisingly, the attention involved the police and territorial guards. The girls did a good job of barring the doors, but the police made their way in. The girls were quickly arrested and are currently being held in a local jail. 

Following in the logic that banning abortion would help raise the number of Ukrainians, FEMEN ask a very interesting question … what about all the lost semen from the masturbating Ukrainian men? Shouldn’t they outlaw masturbation as well? 

FEMEN’s message was simple … Keep your nose out of our pussy, there is no money to be made there.
